NoBroker — the 20-point gap hiding in plain sight

NoBroker interrupts 60% of rental users before they find a listing they want. The other 40% convert 20 points better at the exact same wall.

The find: 11,000 users abandoned sign-up every month, not because of the wall, but because of when it appeared. Moving one trigger point could recover ₹4.76L/month.

Trupeer AI — how to retain users in a job-based product

Trupeer built the right answer. The collaborative Knowledge Base is the correct mechanism for job-based retention. Four specific gaps mean it never activates for most users and nobody named the problem clearly until now.

The find: Job-based tools can't be retained with habit mechanics. The unlock is making the audience the trigger, the same move that took Notion from $67M to $500M.
